YOUNG, ACTIVE, EAGER
This is a picture of this auxiliary, the YOUTH MINISTRY GROUP. A group composed of the young ones in our church of which are divided into groups, the Junior and Young Teens, Youth and Young Adults and Professionals (YAPO)
Within this groups, we are reaching out to the following ages: Junior and YoungTeens (13 to 16 years old; high school), Youth (17 to 22 years old; college) and YAPO (23 to 40 years old; college graduates who are single)
It is a belief of the group that not because we are young, we can do nothing. But, young as we are, we strive to thrive for Christ.
Togetherness is vital in every youth - that’s why our activities include group Bible studies, fellowships and different gatherings are done regularly to provide the group with an Avenue to connect with one another, not in a sense of just hanging around but also learning and growing with each other.
We envision that this ministry will equip the youth of this church to be bearers of Jesus’ name. The group can be wacky at times but we hope that underneath it all is a solid foundation in Christ.
The ministry plays a big role as the people under this group will become our future leaders of the church. It is the auxiliary’s desire that the Youth would always shine their light and radiate it to the world for God’s glory.
