Department Head: Pastor Raymond Benedicto
The Maturity Department is a unit of DCAGC responsible for broadening the knowledge; educating members through conduct of trainings, workshops, and seminars to facilitate capability building among its leaders and members. Opportunities for spiritual growth and maturity through enhanced, vigorous and well-structured delivery mechanism is the main coverage of the Maturity Component Ministry.
Strategies & Objectives:
1.1. Members’ Maturity Enhancement: Unlimited access and opportunities for holistic growth among DCAGC members
1.2. CLO for Communities: Church and broader community members have access to CLO and spiritual exposure
1.3. Leadership KAS Improvement: Increasing knowledge, attitudes and skills among pastors and leaders
1.4. Department Capacity Development: Maturity department is able to deliver training needs and requirements of the church.
